Mexican Week is coming back to Bronte for another epic seven days of guacamole, tacos and tequila. In the lead-up to Cinco de Mayo on Sunday, May 5th, we’ll be serving up delicioso breakfast and lunch specials as well as a full Mexican-inspired dinner menu from Tuesday to Sunday. Want a little preview to tantalise your tastebuds? Here are three dishes you won’t want to miss when Mexico comes to Bronte next week…
1. Chicken Guerrero tacos.
The perfect small bite to kick-start your Mexican feast, these chicken tacos come with corn tortillas, black beans, guacamole and tomatillo salsa – and are best eaten with our specialty margarita (El Jimador silver tequila, lime and agave).
2. Banana leaf Yucatan snapper fillet.
Nestled in a banana leaf, and accompanied by charred corn salsa and coriander, this Mexican spiced fish dish (pictured) will be the highlight of your meal.
3. Churros with dulce de leche.
Save the best for last! No matter how many dishes you chow down at dinner, we guarantee you’ll still have room for dessert when you see these churros on the menu, coated in dulce de leche and chilli chocolate.
