August 22nd- Sesame crusted kingfish, Chinese broccoli, caramelised chilli
August 29th- Ceviche tostadas, pineapple, avocado, coriander & chilli mayo
September 5th- Squid ink fettuccine, spicy chorizo, cuttlefish, chilli, tomato & basil
September 12th- Chicken liver parfait, currants, seeds & duck fat toast
