How long will it take to receive my order?

It is our aim is to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch your order within 3 days of you ordering where possible. Delivery time frames vary depending on where you live. Please note that during xmas and new years holiday periods the delivery times may push out to up to 14 days.

Do you deliver Australia wide?

Yes, we deliver to any address within Australia.

Do you deliver to destinations outside of Australia?

Three Blue Ducks will deliver to other countries for an additional delivery charge. Please contact us via email enquiries@threeblueducks.com to organise a shipping quote. We will provide you with a cost to ship the products to you and upon your approval we will organize payment and delivery. It will be your responsibility to pay any import duty or sales tax within your own country.

Can I track my order once it has been sent?

Yes, within one business day of finalising your order, you will receive an email containing your order tracking number..

How can I return an item to you?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a fourteen day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at enquiries@threeblueducks.com within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage.

You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Three Blue Ducks Pty Ltd will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we have received your return and confirmed that the item(s) are unused, undamaged and unmarked, and in their original packaging we will process your refund within five business days. Once you receive our email notification confirming your return refund, your money will appear in your nominated account in approximately 1-7 days.

Is it safe to use my credit card on threeblueducks.com.au?

Yes! The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers) on our website, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). When Credit Card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be processed as required. We never permanently store complete Credit Card details. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.
