Byron Harvest – A foraged feast raising funds for the rainforest

Three Blue Ducks together with Brookie’s Gin are bringing a taste of Byron Bay to Sydney for one night only on Friday 6th of September .

Byron Harvest will be a foraged feast, raising money for Big Scrub to assist in rainforest regeneration.

The evening will feature a menu inspired by beverage suppliers and producers of the Northern Rivers – including Brookie’s Gin, Stone & Wood, Jilly Wines, Brookfarm, pigs that have been raised in the Byron region, garlic and leafy greens from The Farm, and seafood from Bay Seafood in Byron Bay.
