Off the back of the inaugural Flinders Island Food and Crayfish Festival last month, which saw a stellar line up of some of Australia’s greatest chefs, we will be hosting a crayfishextravaganza at Three Blue Ducks in Bronte, on Thursday August 16.
It will be spearheaded by head chef and co-owner Mark LaBrooy and LongSong’s (Melbourne) head chef David Moyle.
The chefs, who spent five days diving, foraging and meeting local producers over the two-day festival, will showcase some of the islands best produce – including whole crayfish, green abalone, salt-water brined lamb, BBQ lobster and loads more.
Tickets are $140, and will include a 5-course menu.
