Owner/head chef Mark Labrooy will be heading back to Flinders Island in April to take part in this years Flinders Island Food & Crayfish Festival.
The inaugural Flinders Island Food and Crayfish Festival in 2018 was created to showcase the little-known food and natural beauty of Flinders Island. This years festival is bound to build on the success of last years festival, with the addition of new events to the program, which will culminate in the Festival Long Lunch. Mark will be helping he lunch’s six course festival, which will be accompanied by matching wines, will showcase local ingredients which have been farmed, hunted and foraged – as well as island cooking methods.
