Native Cocktail Dinner –
Three Blue Ducks, Pinbone, and Trolley'd

Australia is an amazing country with an almost forgotten or unexplored variety of edible native flora. This month Three Blue Ducks will be toying with some of these native ingredients as inspiration for the new cocktail menu. To coincide with this, our monthly dinner event will pair these amazing new cocktails with a special menu by Mike and Jemma from Pinbone and Shannon and Darren from Three Blue Ducks. Six courses matched with organic and native cocktails by the creative boys from Trolley'd, all served from their trolleys. Sure to be an unforgettable event.

What is Trolley'd

Apart from getting really drunk Trolley’d now has another meaning. The Trolley'd Boys are Christopher Thomas - ex Soho House London and Byron Woolfrey - ex Tetsuya's, Bentley and MsGs. Our new cocktail list being launched at Three Blue Ducks will focus on using locally foraged and native ingredients. The driving force behind this are these two very talented members of Ducks staff, Byron and Chris.

Trolley'd is Australia's first mobile bar to use native Australian ingredients combined with locally sourced organic produce. They mix some of the tastiest and most environmentally aware drinks on the international flight path, the Trolley'd cocktails are a twist on the classics with a sustainable ethos.

Trolley'd bars are made from recycled Ansett Airline trolleys. They provide a range of roll in roll out mobile flight services to parties all over town. Besides the cocktail bar option, they also offer mobile beer stations, turntable booths/sound systems and a whole fleet of premium bars for bigger functions.

You can currently catch the boys at the Three Blue Ducks at dinner time mixing drinks, at local growers markets making non-alcoholic versions of their tasty drinks, or at a party with a sneaky bottle of gin. Hit them up for economy, business class or first class options for your next party or function - www.Trolleyd.com
