We’re excited to be jumping on board the launch of the Australian Marine Conservation Society’s Good Fish Project. Along with more than 40 restaurants across the country, we’re committing to source only sustainable fish species for your plate.
The Good Fish Project has created a Sustainable Restaurant Guide, which will help us make sure we’re not serving any overfished species in our restaurants. The hope is that, by making good choices about the types of fish we serve, we can all still enjoy seafood today, while leaving enough fish in the sea for tomorrow.
