Cooking off the cuff using only crowdfarmed, locally grown ingredients… That’s the challenge for Ducks chef Mark LaBrooy and The Agrarian Kitchen’s Rodney Dunn at our very first Grow It Local Dinner in Bronte!
Marky and Rodney will be using the local community’s home-grown produce to create a one-off menu at Three Blue Ducks on Sunday 24th November. Tickets are $60 and include dinner, wine and beer. (We can’t tell you exactly what the chefs will be serving up, because it all depends on the haul of produce that our local growers provides – but we can guarantee it will be tasty as heck!)
Got a harvest of ripe heirloom tomatoes, a bunch of fresh basil or some carrots growing in your back garden? Whatever delicious home-grown produce is sprouting from your patch of home soil, drop it off at the Bondi Beach Farmer’s Market on Saturday 23rd November between 10am-12pm – and come dine with us from 6pm to see what Mark and Rodney make of it.
