Locura Kitchen pop-up restaurant at Byron

For seven days from July 23rd, Locura Kitchen will be taking over the menu at Three Blue Ducks Byron! Led by Locura head chef, Franco Reverditto, and Darren Robertson, the week-long pop-up restaurant is bringing Locura Kitchen’s signature Latin American flavours to The Farm.

The pop-up restaurant will be open for breakfast and lunch from 7am – 3pm. Making use of the outdoor BBQ at Three Blue Ducks, the specially designed menu features spit-roasted pork shoulder, roasted cauliflower and grilled corn.

Along with the Locura Kitchen menu, there’ll be lots of delicious daily specials featuring seasonal produce from local suppliers, as well as a Stone & Wood bar running all week.


BREAKFAST MENU (7am – 11.30am)

Achote pork bun, Morita sauce, green tomatillo salsa and white cabbage

Locura breakfast bowl: Fried egg, avocado, lima Beans, farm pickles, sweet potato, Tostadas, red onion, jalapenos

Bircher, grilled pineapple, coconut, burnt lemon grass honey and passion fruit


LUNCH (12pm – 3pm) we will be closed for DINNER Saturday and Sunday 

Tacos: Pork shoulder al pastor, grilled pineapple, tomatillo, onion, coriander

Tacos: Roasted cauliflower, morita sauce, pickled watermelon salsa, smoked cashew cream, pickled cabbage

Lima Bean salad, avocado, pickles, farm veggies, tostadas, jalapeno and salted ricotta

White fish, chargrilled occy, sweet potato, yellow chilli

Grilled corn, creme fraiche, pickled chili, citrus and herbs



Slow cooked pork, tostada, avocado, tomatoes and corn


Please note: While the regular Three Blue Ducks menu will be unavailable for the duration of the pop-up, pastries, snacks and coffee will be able to be purchased as usual through the Produce Store.
