Melbourne Food & Wine Fest!
We are stoked to be a part of the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival this year!
Join us for a one-night-only dinner on 19th March with Sydney sake bar extraordinaire, Ante at our Melbourne restaurant, located at the URBNSURF Park.
Think snacks on arrival, followed by three courses at the table, with the mood board running to the likes of a bonito crudo with plum and kanzuri ponzu and pickled rhubarb; a vadouvan-roasted cauliflower tart with curry leaves; red elk, mizuna and burnt honey; fish wings with Oomite and seaweed crispy chilli oil, and an aged-sake kasu parfait.
All the goodness is matched with carefully curated drinks that may include anything from sake to cocktails, wines, or beer, with non-alcoholic options available right across the board.
So, take your seat with views of the crystal clear, two-hectare surfing lagoon, and settle in for a menu created by Ante’s Jemma Whiteman, Three Blue Ducks’ Darren Robertson, and their teams.
