Cool nights call for hearty roast dinners! So this winter, in Byron, every Sunday night from June 2nd until September 29th, we’ll pause our regular all-day dining to serve up a delicious Sunday roast. Tuck in to local, ethically farmed beasts, roasted to perfection, while you enjoy live music and a cold beer.
Our weekly alternating menu includes spit roast Farm suckling pig with smokey apple sauce and herb salsa; local spit roast beef with mustard and jus; and spit roast lamb with charred herb salsa – all served with farm greens, herb roast potatoes and Yorkshire pudding. Plus, there’ll be delicious entrees and dessert specials.
$45 per person, for two-course entree and main, with a Stone & Wood beer on arrival.
