THREE BLUE DUCKS IS OPENING AT BURRADOO PARK FARM IN EARLY 2026
We’re heading to the Southern Highlands, and we couldn’t be more excited!
In early 2026, Three Blue Ducks will open at Burradoo Park Farm, a working farm just outside Bowral where sustainable and regenerative practices are part of everyday life. It’s a place where food is grown with care, shared with intention, and connected back to the land and the community around it.
We’re excited to be launching a new restaurant – Three Blue Ducks Burradoo, alongside two new spaces – The Bakehouse by Three Blue Ducks, and The Farmhouse by Three Blue Ducks. Each will offer something different, but share the same Ducks philosophy: honest food, local produce, and genuine connection.
Three Blue Ducks Burradoo
Set within an old farmhouse on the Burradoo Park Farm property, the restaurant is one part in a larger regenerative model. While the farm itself is expansive, the restaurant experience is intentionally more intimate, a place to sit, slow down and eat in tune with what’s being grown around you.
The menu will change with the seasons and the harvest, shaped by what’s coming out of the ground and off the farm at any given time. It’s produce-led cooking that feels familiar and comforting, with a focus on flavour and letting great ingredients do what they do best. Accompanying this, our wine list will showcase great Australian producers, with a strong focus on thoughtful, low-intervention drops.
The Bakehouse by Three Blue Ducks
The Bakehouse is the spot to pick up your daily loaf, get a good coffee, or grab a takeaway pastry before heading out to roam the farm. Anchored by our love of good-quality sourdough, The Bakehouse will turn out a selection of loaves alongside pastries, takeaway items, and sweet treats, all made with the same care we bring to our kitchens.
Designed for easy, regular visits, it’s a casual space where you can grab something warm, eat on the go, or take a little piece of Burradoo home with you.
The Farmhouse by Three Blue Ducks
Part-restaurant, part-produce store, The Farmhouse will showcase the best of the farm and the region, from fresh-grown produce and local staples to Ducks-made sauces, preserves and take-home goods. The restaurant menu will be simple and seasonal, offering breakfast and lunch built around what’s growing on the farm, alongside good coffee and a relaxed pace.
It’s a space made for everyday moments, sitting down for lunch, picking up bread and eggs, or filling your basket with things you know were grown and made with care.
This project continues our 15-year journey and brings together everything we care about: local produce, thoughtful farming, honest food and genuine connection. Burradoo Park Farm gives us the space to deepen that relationship between the land, the kitchen and the people who gather around the table.
