Coming up on Sunday 7th July, we’re celebrating Brisbane Good Food Month with an exclusive event that brings the best of Byron to Brissy!
Join chefs and co-owners, Mark Labrooy, Darren Robertson and Andy Allen, as they serve up a specially curated menu, designed to showcase the Northern Rivers’ best producers. Bringing a bit of the magic from Three Blue Ducks at The Farm down south, Andy, Daz and Mark will be cooking up venison tataki, macadamia cream, spent bread and smoked blueberry vinaigrette (sourced from Fair Game in Tweed), raw cobia, buttermilk, buckwheat, citrus and lemon myrtle oil (sourced from Rocky Point Aquaculture in Steiglitz) and guanciale on toast, smoked olive oil, celery salt (sourced from Salumi in Byron Bay) – and that’s just for starters…
Different from your usual Ducks ala carte dinner, this stand-up event is a unique opportunity to enjoy seriously good food, free-flowing bevvies (the bar will be slinging some of the Ducks’ favourite Byron cocktails) and views of the epic Brisbane River at sunset – all while a local DJ plays on the decks.
