Chef Frankie’s Food Tour

On the last Saturday of every month, Nimbo is bringing Italy to life with a celebration of food and wine. Each month, we will explore a new region, diving into its unique flavours and traditions.

On the 28th of June our Head Chef Frankie is guiding us through his hometown Friuli Venezia Giulia, where the mountains meet the sea. The food is bold, fresh, and full of character. Dishes are served share-style, perfect for discovering new flavours and enjoying wines that transport you straight to the region. Keep an eye out each month for the new regions we will be exploring.
