Coffee has always been a big part of the Three Blue Ducks story and from the very beginning, finding the right partner mattered. That’s why we teamed up with Single O from day one. Founders Dion and Emma shared our passion for quality, sustainability, and doing business the right way with integrity, purpose, and a sense of fun. Fifteen years and five restaurants later (soon to be six), Single O is still the coffee served in every Ducks venue.

As business has grown so has the friendship. Over the years, they’ve realised just how closely aligned they are in their values, especially when it comes to looking after the planet and running ethical, environmentally conscious businesses.

To celebrate 15 years of working together, Single O has released a limited edition coffee, sourced from the very region in Ethiopia we visited together back in 2018. It’s bright, juicy, and packed with the same spirit of adventure that’s defined this journey from the start.
