Join us for a special night in Rosebery as we celebrate the release of the 2025 Winemaker’s Selection with fifth-generation winemaker Chris Tyrrell.
This one-night-only dinner is your chance to get up close with one of Australia’s most respected winemakers as Chris takes you through each wine, sharing insights, stories, and over 160 years of Tyrrell family winemaking.
Hosted in the Rosella Room upstairs at Three Blue Ducks Rosebery, the evening kicks off with canapés and a glass of 2016 Blanc de Blancs, before settling in for a four-course feast, curated especially for the evening by Executive Chef Daniel Cooper. Each dish celebrates great Australian produce and is thoughtfully matched to bring out the best in every pour.
