Easter’s shaping up nicely across the Ducks, with each venue putting on a run of seasonal specials for the long weekend. From fire-cooked seafood and slow-roasted meats to proper Sunday roasts and shared feasts, there’s plenty coming out of the kitchen and made to be passed around. Byron

Settle in for a long Easter weekend at the Ducks. We’re starting from Thursday with an extra dinner service and longer hours all weekend, plus a few seasonal specials alongside our new autumn menu. Think hot cross focaccia with banana caramel butter, lamb tataki with smoked blueberries, and coal-roasted barramundi with garlic butter. Sunday starts with the farm’s biggest egg hunt yet, then rolls into a full day of animal feeding, pony rides, live music and food cooked over fire. Before you head home, don’t forget to swing by the produce store for some freshly baked hot cross buns.


Rosebery

Easter in Rosebery is looking pretty good. Alongside our new autumn all-day menu, we’re running some epic easter specials think coal-roasted king prawns, wood-roasted chicken, and hot cross bread a butter pudding. Come Sunday, we’re serving a proper roast. Whole lamb shoulder or charcoal chicken, with a rich four-day gravy, the classic Yorkshire pudding, and sides like maple glazed pigs in blankets and Three-cheese cauliflower cheese.


Melbourne

We’re serving a special Easter feast designed to share, with pork belly and mostarda, whole butterflied trout and harissa-roasted lamb all hitting the table. Finish things off with sticky date pudding and honey ricotta cake.
