Lobster orecchiette is a classic Italian dish that is rich and satisfying, yet surprisingly easy to make.

– 2 x Eastern Crayfish
– Small slab of Bottarga
– 1 x onion
– 1-3 garlic bulbs
– 1 x lemon
– 1 x bowl of tomatoes or cherry tomatoes
– 1 x bunch chives
– 1 x bunch of basil
– 3 x chilli
– Olive oil
– Salt & pepper
– Bag of orecchiette
