Bianca is passionate about People & Culture, fuelled by a genuine love for hospitality and a people-first mindset. With 16 years in the hospitality world she understands the fast-paced, ever-evolving nature of the industry. Before diving into People & Culture she was a wedding planner, crafting unforgettable moments on Hamilton Island and in Canada - it was through these experiences that she discovered her true passion for connecting with people. Since joining The Ducks in early 2023 she has focused on cultivating a positive company culture, championing team support, and creating fair, people-centred policies. She firmly believes happy, engaged teams are the secret ingredient behind exceptional guest experiences.
