Mem Hemmings

Originally from England, Mem joined Three Blue Ducks in Bronte shortly after moving to Australia in 2014. As the business grew, so did her passion for wine, agriculture and ethical sourcing.

Now the group’s Beverage Manager, Mem is also a winemaker behind Meredith wines. She balances overseeing drinks across the venues with her role as Group Training Manager, where she focuses on developing people, strengthening culture and bringing out the best in teams across the business.
