Neil brings more than 30 years of hospitality experience across restaurants, bars and private members’ clubs in the UK and Australia. His background includes senior roles at Soho House, Atlantic Bar & Grill, and major restaurant launches in London and Sydney.
After relocating to Australia, Neil worked on landmark openings including Firedoor and Bennelong before joining Three Blue Ducks, where he supports leadership, operations and growth across the group.
