Paul Dewhurst

Paul has spent over a decade working across hospitality operations, strategy and growth. After senior roles with Pacific Restaurant Group and Fink Group, he joined Three Blue Ducks to help guide the business into its next phase.

His role spans operations, people, and development, managing the strategic evolution of Three Blue Ducks into a multi-venue hospitality group while staying true to its roots.
