Originally from Surry Hills and raised in Bronte, Sam grew up surrounded by surfers, community and a love of good food. Before opening Three Blue Ducks, he founded Fruitman Sam, a successful fruit business supplying produce across Sydney’s eastern suburbs, shaping his strong connection to growers and appreciation for quality ingredients.
While surfing overseas, the idea for Three Blue Ducks was formed, and on returning home Sam helped bring the vision to life. As a founding Duck, he brings warmth, hospitality and a deep connection to community.
