Stephanie Brodeur

Steph moved to Byron Bay in 2014 after travelling Australia, drawn to the lifestyle and sense of community. Inspired by the ethos of Three Blue Ducks, she joined the team and quickly began shaping what would become the events and weddings department.

Starting from the floor and building the department from scratch, Steph now leads a well-established team, delivering thoughtful, relaxed celebrations that reflect the Ducks’ values.
