A summer cooking class with Darren Robertson
Calling all fruit & veggie lovers!
Darren Robertson (head chef & co-owner, Three Blue Ducks) and special guest Katerina Lazareva (Byron Fermentary) will be hosting a very special, one off summer cooking class at The Farm in Byron Bay on 20th Jan!
The two hour class will be held in the Farm House, Daz and Katerina will cover at home techniques to make the most of your summer fruits and veggies. You will learn how to make epic salads and veggie ferments with an introduction to vinaigrettes, salsas and marinades! There will be a Q&A with the food obsessed duo, snacks, drinks and a generous gift bag to take home, so you can can impress your mates with your new cooking skills and knowledge!
