ON THE MENU THIS WEEKOur ethos is to cook from the land we are on, using as much as possible from the farm and supporting local growers and producers. We work with the seasons, minimise waste and focus on simple, honest food. The soil, the land, and the people behind the food are at the centre of everything we do. On the menu this week from Burradoo Park Farm (courtesy of farmer's Nick, Lindsey & Andy): free-range eggs, chicken and beef, with purple congo and Dutch potatoes, beets, zucchini, carrots, greens, jalapeños, garlic, tomatoes, radishes, fennel and herbs.
