From Three Blue Ducks Brisbane to Bali and the Maldives, chefs Darren Robertson and Mark LaBrooy are taking the flavours of the Ducks to the island kitchens of W Bali – Seminyak and W Maldives.
For one night only on August 30th, Darren will take the helm of the Starfish Bloo kitchen at W Bali – Seminyak, plating up tropical fresh flavours with locally caught, sustainable seafood such as lobster, oysters and raw swordfish. Then, on September 6th, Mark will create an epic beachside BBQ experience at Fire on the Beach, W Maldives. Guests will dine under the stars and indulge on a menu curated with local fresh produce such as charred occy, Maldivian chilli lobster and coal cooked green jobfish.
A selection of dishes from each menu will then be available for guests to experience at both locations from November, giving travel-loving foodies a taste of Three Blue Ducks all season long.
