Think delicious cuts of premium Australian steak, mouthwatering sauces and tasty sides that compliment the cuts perfectly with traditional steak dish add-ons.
The cuts are sourced from the very best butchers that New South Wales and Victoria have to offer. We’ll be sourcing our beef from Vic’s Meats, the sole supplier of O’Connor Beef, one of the most premium grass-fed feeders in Australia, to Emilio’s Butcher, which specialises in retired dairy cows from Txuleta Farm that are sustainably sourced, pasture-raised and free range. Plus, Springhill Farm, where we buy directly from the Farm itself!
Each cut will be sold at butcher’s prices, which means you can go hard on your sides, add-ons and sauces…Who doesn’t love to indulge now and again?
