Calling all fruit & veggie lovers!

Three Blue Ducks Byron and River Cottage UK’s Fermentation and Seasonal Health Expert and author Rachel de Thample will be hosting a very special, fermentation workshop at The Farm in Byron Bay on Sunday 11th August.

The interactive workshop will be held in the Farm House, Rachel will teach you at home techniques to make the most of your winter fruit and veggies, along with fermenting and all the health benefits.

Across the day you will learn the “how to” for making sauerkrauts and kimchis, fermenting with honey, preserving, making vinegars, and healthy drinks like kombuchas, juns and kefir.

There will be a Q&A and opportunities to assist Rachel with the demo, snacks, drinks and a delicious long lunch designed around the ferments created during the workshop
