Burradoo Park Farm is a 600-acre working regenerative property just outside Bowral in the NSW Southern Highlands — and home to three distinct Three Blue Ducks venues: The Bakehouse, The Farmhouse, and the Three Blue Ducks restaurant. Working with the seasons and in partnership with farm owner Annie Cannon-Brookes, the produce grown and raised here with care and respect for the land flows directly into our kitchens. Together, it's a place to eat well, spend a full day, and leave knowing exactly where your food came from.
The Bakehouse

Slow bread for slow mornings
The Bakehouse is a proper artisan bakehouse built around the craft of slow fermentation — loaves that take 24 to 72 hours to develop, building the deep, complex flavour and thick, golden crust that fast bread simply can't deliver.
Alongside the sourdough, you'll find pastries, pies, focaccias, and seasonal specials made fresh every morning. Grab a coffee, pick up a loaf or pastry still warm from the oven, and let the morning unfold at its own pace.

The Farmhouse

The Farmhouse is at the heart of Burradoo Park Farm. Part seasonal café serving breakfast and lunch, part produce store — it's where visitors stay longer than they planned. The café serves breakfast and lunch every day, with a seasonal menu shaped by what's fresh and growing on the farm.

The Farmhouse store brings together Three Blue Ducks products, Burradoo Park Farm produce (think fruit and veg, pasture-raised eggs, fresh market flowers), and a curated selection of local goods from makers we genuinely can't get enough of. The same honesty that goes into the food on your plate goes into every product on the shelf.

An invitation to taste the season
This winter, we’re opening our most elevated expression yet — a new destination restaurant. Set inside a beautifully restored 1800s farmhouse, surrounded by working regenerative farmland, with a dining experience shaped by the seasons, the produce, and the people who grow it. Set within a restored 1823 farmhouse and surrounded by working farmland, Three Blue Ducks Burradoo is shaped by its agricultural setting and closely tied to the surrounding land.
Hyper-local produce
Much of the produce is grown, raised and harvested on site, with the rest sourced from nearby growers. It’s food at its peak, served with a clear connection to where it comes from.
