On the last Saturday of every month, Nimbo brings a taste of Italy to life with a celebration of regional food and wine. Each event highlights a different area of the country, showcasing its unique flavours and traditions.

This August 30th, we’re heading to Trentino-Alto Adige, known for its rich culinary heritage and distinctive wines. Enjoy a share-style menu designed for discovery perfect for trying something new and being transported to the region.
