Hosted at Nimbo Fork Lodge, the afternoon features a six-course tasting menu created especially for the day by Head Chef Frankie Mauro. Each dish celebrates great Australian produce and is thoughtfully paired with five Tumblong Hills wines to bring out the best in every pour.
