Once a year, Three Blue Ducks Nimbo sets one long black-tie table in the Snowy Mountains - where the air is crisp, the fire is lit, and the produce comes from just up the road.


On Saturday 22 August, you'll be welcomed with a glass of Taittinger and canapés, then sit down to four courses from Head Chef Frankie, built around local produce at its winter best. Venue manager Lucy, a nominee for the 2025 NSW Sommelier's Wine List Awards, has a wine pairing ready to add if you'd like one.
