Join us for a proper Sunday session at Three Blue Ducks Rosebery. To celebrate, the Young Henrys crew will be taking over for the afternoon with a vinyl DJ, cold beers on the pour and plenty of good times.
Our Sunday Roast is cooked over fire and built to settle into. Think meats cooked over charcoal and smoke for crispier edges and deeper flavour, gravy reduced over four days, and large-format sharing roasts like whole lamb shoulder or charcoal chicken, made for the table. Expect nostalgic sides and desserts done properly, plus a vegetarian roast so no one misses out.
Roast is served from 11.30am–6pm, so settle in for lunch, a late afternoon feast or an early dinner.
