We're sourcing our truffles from Truffle Barn in Canyonleigh, a family-run, off-grid farm in the Southern Highlands that shares our commitment to caring for the land and growing exceptional produce.

This relaxed, sharing-style menu balances the delicate, earthy flavour of Australian truffle with our signature woodfired cooking. Expect eight dishes, optional wine pairings and the chance to add fresh truffle shaved tableside. Book your table today!
