BURN AFTER DARK
28TH NOVEMBER – FROM 5PM
Join us for the summer edition of Burn After Dark – a fiery celebration of food, art, and live music, in collaboration with some of our mates. This isn’t your average night out – it’s a celebration of everything that makes this place special, turned up after sunset. Tickets are $90 and they include performances and live art and entertainment, an arrival snack from The Smoking Camel, plates from Three Blue Ducks stand-up fire feast, dessert, arrival cocktail, and live music from some of Byron’s best.
BOOK YOUR END OF YEAR CELEBRATION
Whether you’re planning a Christmas catch-up with colleagues, an end-of-year celebration with friends, or a relaxed get-together with the family, Three Blue Ducks is the place to be this festive season – Market fish crudo with fermented chilli, 12-hour slow-cooked brisket, scallop with miso and burnt citrus butter is just the beginning.
FARM FEST – NEW YEARS EVE CELEBRATION
Ring in 2026 with a relaxed, festival-style evening under the stars. Enjoy a sunset welcome drink, a roving feast of local produce, and live tunes from The Ninth Chapter, while the kids are entertained by Shorty Brown the Clown with bubbles, balloons, and disco fun before toasting s’mores by the fire.

Our much-loved Sunday Roast Dinner served every Sunday from 4pm. Choose from slow-cooked beef brisket, Farm roast pork, or a hearty vegetarian option, all served with the classic trimmings and tasty extras.
