We all had heaps of fun at Marky & Dave’s Salami Making Masterclass! With a small intimate group, the Rosella Room felt super cosy with each guest getting a one-on-one from both of the ‘Salami Masters’.
Along with a complimentary glass of wine on arrival (and a few more after that), the group relaxed whilst enjoying a delicious and plentiful charcuterie.
After a quick introduction and ‘how to’, the class dived into making their own 1kg salami, adding as much or as little flavour as they liked.
We look forward to welcoming the class back in 3 months time to collect their charcuterie and spend their voucher with us!
