Meet Luke the Chef!

Luke has recently moved to the Snowy Valleys, to immerse himself in his new found obsession of fly fishing. When he is not on the pans for Three Blue Ducks at Nimbo Fork Lodge, you can find him on the Tumut River, or in the Kosciuszko National Park with our very own Mark LaBrooy, chasing trophy trout.

Luke has spent most of his career working in Sydney and New York. With his last stint in New York working with James Beard awarded chef, Andy Ricker at his Pok Pok NY restaurant, cooking northern Thai food.
