Rocky Point Aquaculture Tour!

Mark LaBrooy & Darren Robertson spent the day at Rocky Point Aquaculture sustainable fish farm in Queensland. The boys were lucky enough to be taken on a tour by the CEO, Serena Zipf! The reason for this fun trip (not just a day off the tools for Marky & Daz), was to gain a greater understanding of the cobia and grouper that Rocky Point farms.

So, you can find the delicious baby grouper served with an olive tapenade and Ducks chilli oil, on our new summer menu in Brisbane.
