A Taste of Bellingen by Roku Gin and Darren Robertson
As part of a special collaboration with Roku Gin, chef and co-founder of Three Blue Ducks, Darren Robertson, will be hosting a one-off dining experience at the iconic Rosebery restaurant on Friday 10th & Saturday 11th November, bringing a taste of Three Blue Ducks’ new Bellingen outpost to Sydney.
Join Darren Robertson at the exclusive pop-up event where you’ll enjoy a bespoke four-course menu featuring a twist on classic dishes from the new Bellingen restaurant inspired by the six key botanicals in Roku Gin. Held in the Rosella Room, you’ll get a behind-the-scenes look into the creation of each dish and its flavour pairings.
So book now for an Asian-inspired food journey paired with delicious Japanese craft gin cocktails, plus a chance to meet Daz in the flesh.
