Join Ducks co-founder Mark LaBrooy and salami master Dave Cann for the ultimate tutorial on ‘how-to-make’ quality salami in our brand new Rosella Room, at Three Blue Ducks Rosebery. Mark & Dave will take you through the salami making process from start to finish, so that you can make it at home. You can also pop back into the Ducks in 3 months’ time to pick up the salami stick that you made!
