We’re stoked to announce we’ll be using local Melbourne producer St David Dairy at Three Blue Ducks Melbourne from this week onwards!
St David Dairy is a great local producer based in Fitzroy (dairy farm based in Gippsland), and our barista crew is excited to feature their products on our menu. They are known for their high-quality milk, cream, and butter, which are made using traditional methods.
The team at St David Dairy is passionate about animal welfare and sustainability, they’re always on the hunt for the most sustainable production methods and technology on offer for their products and that’s something we love to get behind. Plus, Our milk products are delivered in full circle reusable kegs, significantly reducing the impact of single-use 2 or 5L bottles.
