But we cannot talk about Mount Horricks without really talking about the incredible achievements of Stephanie Toole.
Stephanie Toole is uncompromising. You’ll never catch her cutting corners. For Mount Horricks, she acquired and planted/replanted three vineyards! Her Clare Valley vineyards, totaling ten hectares, are ‘A grade certified’ by Australian Certified Organic. This is one of Stephanie’s proudest achievements! Quality is her biggest driving force. She’s passionate about producing world-class wines in a sustainable way. Her commitment is apparent in everything she does.
Mount Horrocks Wines restricts production to approximately 2,500 cases per annum to achieve the highest quality single vineyard wines. Using exclusively estate grown, hand picked, gently handled grapes. No finings are used, making all of Stephanie’s wines suitable for vegans and vegetarians. No-compromise winemaking and a fully integrated organic approach to growing and making, sets Mount Horrocks wines apart from the mainstream. Her resultant wines are expressive and beautifully poised.
