Born in France, Cedric’s upbringing was one surrounded by food and wine, influencing his passion for hospitality both in his personal and professional life. Cedric’s love of cooking extends well beyond the confines of the Michelin-starred kitchens across the globe he has trained in. “I relish in the experience of cooking for friends, family and guests, and the special connection these moments shared over a meal can bring”, said Cedric.
His love of all things food, wine and produce has led him to an extensive culinary career across the globe. Cedric kicked off his career at three Michelin star restaurant Flocons de Sel France. Since then he has shared his expertise with Le Meridien Bangkok, Sofitel Paris and helped reopen and establish Sofitel Auckland after a period of refurbishment.
Cedric joins Three Blue Ducks Brisbane from his most recent role as Restaurant Manager at Hilton, Auckland, which under his management received one hat in the Good Food Awards for the first time in 20 years. Now, Cedric brings his culinary expertise and over 9 years industry experience to Three Blue Ducks at W Brisbane.
