These freshly foraged pine mushrooms & nettle were picked by sous chef Luke on the grounds of our Nimbo venue; ready for a delicious Murray Cod Special in the restaurant.

Deliciously good dumplings thanks to old mate Daz! A fantastic way to pimp up a casserole or enjoy on their own....

Here’s the recipe:

50g butter (grated)
30g cheddar (grated)
130g SR flour
1 green shallot
Herbs (Daz uses sage, parsley & thyme)
2 tbsp Three Blue Ducks beer mustard
4 tsp water
Nutmeg
Lemon
Salt & pepper

and voilà you have yourself some tasty cheddar, herb & beer mustard dumplings
